For the Scientist Poets and the Poet Scientists

some poets dont want to examine and explain
because they think that people can connect to their brain.
unconscious thought broadcast a specific frequency
must connect to the correct receiver sequences.
Your art is beautiful don’t get me wrong
And I realize how difficult it is to write a good song.
But don’t deny the potential untapped
When an artist or poet is scientifically daft
Now Im not debating logic over rhyme
Because that is a battle that shouldn’t be defined
For both are important parts of reality
And we must keep looking for forms of commonality
If all scientists could write songs
Wouldn’t the “academics” and the “masses” finally get along?
At least on an unconscious emotional level
so as not to see every scientist as “the devil”
And if all the poets understood the intricate beauty of nature
Wouldn’t they have more creative routes to explore?
For if they truly understood the beauty of the golden mean
They would see it everywhere, even in dream
We need some scientists to be able to rhyme
And some poets to be able to understand Quine
For the world would be that much more interesting
If we could sit and communicate about a common thing
Assuming we can’t work together is delusional
The two categories are definitely not mutually excludible
